The present invention relates to a turtle ship type artificial reef, and more specifically, to a turtle ship type artificial reef wherein attachment structures for algae are formed above and habitation environments of various kinds of fish and shellfish are formed below, thereby helping easy attachment of algae and providing habitats, hideouts, and spawning grounds of fish and shellfish. The turtle ship type artificial reef comprises: a body part which has habitation space for habitation of fish and shellfish therein, and first and second openings formed in lateral walls to communicate the habitation spaces and outer spaces with each other； a roof part which is formed on the top end of the body part to close an upper portion of the body part and has a plurality of through holes spaced apart from each other； a concave and convex part which protrudes from respective points of the roof part corresponding to the first through holes outward the roof part, and forms a concave and convex structure on the roof part by including a plurality of blocks with second through holes communicating with the first through holes； and attachment inducing parts inserted into the second through holes of the blocks to induce the attachment of marine algae. The turtle ship type artificial reef according to the present invention can prevent a shift phenomenon thereof due to the wave or tide, and induce fast attachment of marine algae while providing habitats for various kinds of fish and shell fish.본 발명은 거북선형 인공어초에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상부에는 조류를 위한 착생구조를 형성하고, 하부에는 각종 어패류의 서식환경을 형성함으로써 조류의 용이한 착생을 돕고 어,패류의 서식처와 그 은신처 및 산란장를 제공할 수 있는 거북선형 인공어초에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 어폐류의 서식을 위한 서식공간이 형성되고, 측벽들에 각각 상기 서식공간과 외부공간을 서로 연통시키기 위한 제1개구부와 제2개구부가 형성된 몸체부와； 상기 몸체부의 상부를 폐쇄하도록 상기 몸체부의 상단에 형성되고, 복수의 제1통과구멍들이 서로 이격되게 형성된 지붕부와； 상기 제1통과구멍에 대응되는 상기 지붕부의 각 지점으로부터 상기 지붕부 외측으로 각각 돌출되고, 내부에는 상기 제1통과구멍과 연통되는 제2통과구멍이 형성된 복수의 블록들을 포함하여 상기 지붕부 상에 요철구조를 형성하는 요철부와； 해조류의 착생을 유도하기 위해 상기 블록의 상기 제2통과구멍에 삽입 설치되는 착생유도부；를 구비한다.본 발명에 따른
