The present invention relates to a stabilized external preparation containing thymosin beta 4 (Tβ4) as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to an external preparation in which biological activities and stability of Tβ4 which is therapeutically effective are improved. According to the present invention, the external preparation maintains biological activities of Tβ4 and minimizes production of multi-molecular bodies by aggregation and formation of Tβ4 sulfoxide due to oxidation reactions, thereby enabling production of Tβ4 in a stable state.본 발명은 티모신 베타 4를 유효성분으로 포함하는 안정화된 외용 제제에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 치료학적으로 효과적인 Tβ4의 생물학적 활성 및 안정성이 향상된 외용 제제에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 본 발명에 따른 외용 제제는 Tβ4 의 생물학적 활성을 유지하고, 산화 반응에 의한 Tβ4 설폭사이드의 생성 및 응집에 의한 다분자체의 생성 등을 최소화시켜 안정한 상태로 Tβ4를 제공할 수 있다.
