PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope system by which a processor and an image processor can share an output means for performing an output to a display device or the like.
SOLUTION: The electronic endoscope system includes: an electronic endoscope for imaging the inside of a body and generating an image signal the image processor provided with a first image processing means for executing first image processing to the image signal and generating a first video signal and a video signal output means for outputting the first video signal to the processor and the processor provided with an image signal output means for outputting the image signal to the image processor, a second image processing means for executing second image processing to the image signal and generating a second video signal and a display output means for outputting either one of the first video signal and the second video signal to the display device.
