The transdermal preparation 1 can be fixed onto an affected site, and can have a benefit of being formed into a dosage form of an adhesive skin patch having a better handling property compared with a preparation having a liquid form or the like. In addition, in the transdermal preparation 1, phosphatidylcholine can be present in the adhesive agent layer 3 stably.
