The medical lead (407) has a lead pole that connects distal electrode element to proximal electrode connector element, which extends in lead portion (410). The lead pole comprises two separate and individually insulated conductors (411) which are electrically interconnected or coupled at one point which functions as an interchange point or reversal point in lead extension from proximal electrode connector element to distal electrode element. The separate conductors that are close to the reversal point are interrupted for specific time and/or are not connected at one end.
