PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular magnetic therapeutic instrument that enables synergistic effects of a magnetic therapeutic effect by a large number of magnetic pieces and a germanium effect to adjust electric current balance in a body by germanium pieces and alleviate stiffness to be enjoyed, by being worn on the arm or the leg for use.SOLUTION: There is provided an annular magnetic therapeutic instrument in which magnetic pieces 2 in which permanent magnets 1 are buried, and germanium pieces 4 in which germanium 3 is buried are mixedly aligned annularly. Two magnetic pieces 2 and one germanium piece 4 are combined and aligned. Two permanent magnets 1 are vertically buried in the magnetic pieces 2 with the polarities different from each other.
