The present invention relates to an electrocardiogram (ECG) measurement device with an anti-interference patch, capable of reducing an examination preparation time. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises: an electrode sensor to detect an ECG； a patch including an electrode arrangement region where the electrode sensor is arranged, an adhesive region where an adhesive component with an adhesive force to the skin of a human body is coated, a connection region where an adhesive component with an adhesive force to other patches is coated, and a non-adhesive region not coated by an adhesive component and formed with a material able to be coupled to the connection region； a wire connected to the patch to transfer a signal measured by the electrode sensor； and a housing to contain the patch and the wire. A plurality of patches and a plurality of wires are included, the housing receives the patches in a stacked state, and the patch has a wire reception groove formed between an inner circumferential surface of the housing and the patch in order to avoid interference of the housing and the wires, wherein the wires are able to be moved in the wire reception groove.본 발명은 간섭방지형 패치를 구비하는 심전도 측정장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시예에 의한 간섭방지형 패치를 구비하는 심전도 측정장치는, 심전도를 감지하는 전극센서； 상기 전극센서가 배치되는 전극배치영역과 인체의 표피에 대하여 결합력이 있는 접착성분이 도포되는 접착영역과 다른 패치와 접착력이 있는 접착성분이 도포되는 연결영역과 접착성분이 도포되지 않고 상기 연결영역과 접합 가능한 소재로 형성된 비접착영역이 형성된 패치； 상기 패치와 연결되어 상기 전극센서가 측정한 신호를 전달하는 와이어； 및 상기 패치와 상기 와이어를 수용하는 하우징을 포함하고, 상기 패치 및 상기 와이어는 복수로 구비되고, 상기 하우징은, 상기 복수의 패치를 적층 상태로 수용하고, 상기 패치는, 상기 하우징과 상기 복수의 와이어의 간섭을 피하도록 상기 하우징의 내주면과의 사이에 상기 복수의 와이어가 이동 가능한 와이어 수용홈이 형성된다.
