The present invention provides a filler composition containing stabilized exosomes, the filler composition comprising: at least one of hyaluronic acid, a hyaluronic acid salt, or a hyaluronic acid gel； and exosomes maintained by mixing with the at least one of hyaluronic acid, a hyaluronic acid salt, or a hyaluronic acid gel. The filler composition containing stabilized exosomes of the present invention can maintain cosmetic or therapeutic effects derived from the exosomes for a long period of time with the increase of exosomal stability.
