PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic achieving natural finish without glaring feeling, while concealing blotch and freckle.SOLUTION: The cosmetic providing the natural finish without the glaring feeling, resembled to the spread of light on the surface of the healthy skin while concealing the blotch and the freckle so as to have no difference in the color with the color of the healthy skin in the vicinity is obtained by covering the surface of an iron oxide-covered titanated mica emitting yellow diffuse reflection light and green reflection interference light with a thin film of titanium oxide of 5-15 wt.%, to provide a complex powder regulated so as to suppress regular reflection light by diffusing the surface reflected light and the reflected interference light while changing the color tone of the reflected interference light so as to conceal the blotch and the freckle and so as to emit gloss without the glaring feeling, and formulating the complex powder with a cosmetic.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】化粧料において、シミやソバカスを隠しながらも、ぎらつき感の無い自然な仕上がりの化粧料、を提供すること。【解決手段】黄色の拡散反射光と緑色の反射干渉光を発する酸化鉄被覆雲母チタンの表面に、5~15重量%の酸化チタンの薄膜を被覆して、シミとソバカスを隠すことができるように反射干渉光の色調を変化させながら、表面反射光と反射干渉光を拡散させて正反射光を抑え、ぎらつき感の無い光沢を発するようにした複合粉体を作製し、これを化粧料に配合することで、シミやソバカスとその周りの健常な肌の色との差が無いように隠しながら、健常な肌表面での光の広がりと同じように自然でぎらつき感の無い仕上がりとなる化粧料を提供できる。【選択図】なし
