PURPOSE: A plant factory system is provided to use a multi-layered structure capable of using sunlight having excellent lighting property for growing crops inside unit cells. CONSTITUTION: A plant factory system comprises the following: a cell unit(100) formed with polygon shaped upper surface and lower surface, and side surfaces connecting the upper and lower surfaces； an outer skin unit formed on the side of the cell unit； a building unit horizontally or vertically connected to the cell unit； a lighting unit(200) installed inside the cell unit for radiating light by rotating； a crop planting unit(300) located inside the cell unit in more than two layers, and irradiated with light from the lighting unit； and a nutrient solution supply unit supplying a nutrient solution to a nutrient solution flow passage located on the crop planting unit.본 발명의 식물공장 시스템은, 다각형 형상의 상면과 하면, 및 상기 상면과 상기 하면을 연결하는 측면으로 구성되는 셀부와, 상기 셀부의 측면인 외피부와, 상기 셀부를 수평 또는 수직으로 연결된 건물부와, 상기 셀부의 내부 공간에 배치되고, 회전하면서 광을 조사하는 조명부； 상기 셀부의 내부 공간에 2층 이상으로 배치되고, 작물이 심어져 재배되고, 상기 조명부로부터의 광이 조사되는 작물 재식부와, 상기 셀부의 내부 공간에 배치되고, 상기 작물 재식부에 구비된 양액흐름통로에 양액을 공급하는 양액 공급부를 포함하며, 상기 외피부는 복수의 부재를 구비하고, 상기 복수의 부재 사이에는 공기가 순환된다.
