The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fatty acid salt extracted from natural materials, to a fatty acid salt manufactured by the method and to formulation including the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing the fatty acid salt, which comprises the following steps: stirring the fatty acid in the presence of an aqueous solution of methanol and hydrochloric acid, and removing methanol； adding a basic aqueous solution and hexane and concentrating the separated hexane layer under reduced pressure to obtain a fatty acid ester； mixing the obtained fatty acid ester with a basic aqueous solution and heating for saponification； separating an organic layer by adding an organic solvent, adding acetonitrile and concentrating the mixture under reduced pressure to remove the organic solvent； and removing the organic solvent and drying resulting solids to manufacture the fatty acid salt.본 발명은 천연물에서 추출한 지방산 염의 제조방법, 이에 의하여 제조된 지방산 염 및 이를 포함하는 제형에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 지방산을 메탄올 및 염산수용액 존재하에서 교반한 후 메탄올을 제거하는 단계； 염기성 수용액 및 헥산을 첨가한 후 분리된 헥산층을 감압 농축하여 지방산 에스테르를 수득하는 단계； 수득한 상기 지방산 에스테르에 염기성 수용액을 혼합하고 가열하여 비누화하는 단계； 유기용매를 첨가하여 유기층을 분리한 뒤 아세토나이트릴을 첨가하고 감압 농축하여 상기 유기용매를 제거하는 단계； 및 상기 유기용매를 제거하여 생성된 고체를 건조시켜 지방산 염을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 지방산 염의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
