PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain thresher in which power consumption is reduced and efficiency of threshing is improved.SOLUTION: A cut-ears processing device 14 is arranged at a position for the processing material to be dropped in order to process the processing materials occurring when threshing grain straws 22 in a threshing cylinder 13. The threshing cylinder 13 has a plurality of threshing teeth 17 formed in flat shapes. The cut-ears processing device 14 has a cut-ears processing cylinder 40 rotated around an axis parallel to the axis of the threshing cylinder 13, and a receiving net 41 covering the lower side of the cut-ears processing cylinder 40. The cut-ears processing cylinder 40 is rotated in the same direction as the threshing cylinder 13. Thereby, since the processing materials in the cut-ears processing cylinder 40 are discharged toward the threshing cylinder 13 by the rotation of the cut-ears processing cylinder 40, it can be prevented that the processing materials are excessively accumulated between the cut-ears processing cylinder 40 and the receiving net 41.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】動力消費を抑え脱穀の効率を向上させた脱穀装置を提供する。【解決手段】穂切れ処理装置14は、扱胴13で穀稈22を脱穀する際に発生した被処理物を処理するために、前記被処理物の落下位置に配置される。扱胴13は、扁平状に形成された扱歯17を複数有している。穂切れ処理装置14は、扱胴13の軸線と平行な軸線を中心に回転する穂切れ処理胴40と、穂切れ処理胴40の下方を覆う受網41と、を備える。そして、穂切れ処理胴40は、扱胴13と同じ方向に回転する。これにより、穂切れ処理胴40の回転により、穂切れ処理胴40内の被処理物が扱胴13に向けて排出されるので、被処理物が穂切れ処理胴40と受網41との間に過度に蓄積してしまうことを防止できる。【選択図】図2
