The present invention relates to a portable electrical stimulation device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the portable electrical simulation device comprises: an electrical simulator for generating a low frequency to transmit the same to a body part of a person； and a cradle for accommodating the electrical simulator therein, and charging or sterilizing the electrical simulator. The electrical stimulator includes: a body； a simulation unit coupled to one end of the body, and being in contact with the body part of the person to transmit the low frequency； and a charging terminal unit formed in the body, and formed to receive external power to charge the electrical simulator.
