This invention is relating to a feeding device and a feeding apparatus with such feeding device. Wherein, the feeding device, which is made of soft resilient material, includes a circular base and a sac formed by extended down from the circular base. At the end of the said sac there are one or more apertures. The said sac includes a collapsible annular part. The feeding apparatus includes the said feeding device. Since this inventive feeding device includes a collapsible annular part, it enlarges the space of the sac in one hand on the other hand, it may function as a pump to make it easier to extrude food from the sac and more feasible for the food feeding.
