PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine-harvester which secures an appropriate pressure on grain culm in conveying the culm from an auxiliary conveying chain to a feed chain and thereby prevents culm falling by linking a delivering guide to the vertical motion of a reaping part so as to maintain the height of the delivering guide relative to the feed chain even when the reaping part is moved up.SOLUTION: A delivering and conveying device 15 includes a linkage mechanism 60 which is linked to the vertical motion of a reaping part 4. A delivering guide 50 is linked to the vertical motion of the reaping part 4 so as to maintain the height of the delivering guide 50 relative to the feed chain 14 even when the reaping part 4 is moved up.
