The present invention relates to an apparatus for restoring soil contaminated by the carcasses of animals including livestock, comprising: a gravel separator for separating and discharging gravel and water from the soil contaminated due to the animal carcass buried therein and separately discharging the selected soil consisting of earth and sand； a high heat sterilizer into which the selected soil is input and sterilized by being heated by an induction heating apparatus and a microwave heating apparatus, so as to discharge the sterilized soil； and a deodorizer which discharges water vapor and gas generated and discharged from the high heat sterilizer to the outside after removing the odor.
