A cartridge for attachment to a therapeutic fluid delivery system, includingthose used fornegative pressure wound therapy. The cartridge includes a piercing devicehaving a conduit.The piercing device is adapted to pierce a liquid container and to providefluid communicationbetween the liquid container and the conduit. The conduit has an outletconnection and includesa pump component actuated by a fluid delivery system to which the cartridge iscoupled to pumpliquid from the liquid container to the outlet connection. The cartridge alsoincludes a supportdevice for supporting the liquid container, the support device comprising areceptacle configuredto receive the liquid container and to support the liquid container atdifferent locations within thereceptacle.
