PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a closed type advanced dynamic microvalve protection device. An intravascular microvalve device for use intravascularly during treatment is coupled to an lateral catheter, an medial catheter that is mobile within the lateral catheter, and the distal ends of the medial and lateral catheters. It is equipped with a filter valve. The filter valve comprises a plurality of elongated first filaments in a braid that are coupled together at the proximal end so that they can move relative to each other in the longitudinal direction. A filter is provided on the braid by electrostatically depositing or spinning a second filament of the polymer on the first filament of the braid. The lumen of the medial catheter delivers the therapeutic agent across the valve. The above devices are used to perform treatments that inject therapeutic agents into organs.
