PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing birds from coming flying which can reliably prevent birds of various sizes from coming flying, and can be manufactured easily.SOLUTION: A plurality of long resin needles 1 for preventing large-sized birds such as crows and pigeons, and a plurality of short resin needles 2 for small-sized birds such as sparrows and swallows are mixed, and projected from a resin base plate part 3 for attaching them.
