PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mononuclear cell separation tube which permits mononuclear cells to be easily separated.SOLUTION: The mononuclear cell separation tube has an upper chamber 110 which stores a sample solution before centrifugal separation and in which mononuclear cells as a low specific gravity component located after centrifugal separation, a lower chamber 120 which stores a centrifugal separation medium before centrifugal separation and in which a high specific gravity component as an unnecessary component is located after centrifugal separation, a three-way stopper 130 openably connecting the lower-side opening of the upper chamber 110 and the upper-side opening of the lower chamber 120, and a lid 140 airtightly stopping the upper-side opening of the upper chamber 110.【課題】簡易に単核球を分離できる単核球の単核球分離管を提供する。【解決手段】遠心分離処理前には試料溶液が収納されると共に遠心分離処理後には低比重成分である単核球が位置する上チャンバ１１０と、遠心分離処理前には遠心分離媒体が収納されると共に遠心分離処理後には不要成分である高比重成分が位置する下チャンバ１２０と、上チャンバ１１０の下側開口と下チャンバ１２０の上側開口とを開閉自在に接続する三方活栓１３０と、上チャンバ１１０の上側開口を密栓する蓋１４０と、を備える【選択図】図１
