PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water in oil emulsified cosmetic capable of controlling the attaching property of powdery material on crista cutis and sulcus cutis, having a high attaching property of the powdery material on the skin, capable of obtaining a uniform and natural beautiful finish, and also having a high makeup durability and an excellent emulsion stability.SOLUTION: This water in oil emulsified cosmetic contains the following components (A), (B), (C), and (D). (A) 15 to 70 mass% of oily component containing silicone oil.
