The mass ratio (A)/[(A)+(B)+(C)] is 0.40 or more to 0.55 or less, and the mass ratio (C)/[(B)+(C)] is 0.5 or more to 0.8 or less. (A) is polyether polycarbonate having a constitutional unit represented by the formula (1) [A is an alkylene group of C, n represents an average value of 5-1000, and p represents an average value of 5-100]. (B) is a non-neutralizing type copolymer (vinyl methyl ether/maleic acid alkyl). (C) is a non-neutralizing type copolymer (alkyl acrylate/diacetone acrylamide).
