This invention relates to a push-shifting safety needle cover device. A needle base of the aforementioned device comprises a needle connection part for being connected with an external needle. The proximal end of the needle cover is connected with the needle base through a connection section. The needle cover is formed with a needle cover opening at the side along a longitudinal axis from the proximal end to the distal end of the needle cover, and formed with a needle receiving space from the needle cover opening toward the interior of the needle cover, wherein the needle cover is obliquely formed with a push-pressing section by extending from the proximal end to a turning point of the needle cover along the longitudinal axis and the needle cover is formed with a push-shifting section by extending from the turning point to the distal end extended along the longitudinal axis.
