Provided is a hand pushing wheel combination body of wheelchair, which includes a first member and a second member. The first member includes a pair of sidewalls capable of forming a rim, and two tire locking parts respectively formed on the outer ring edges of the sidewalls. The second member is made to be a hand rim by using fiber reinforced polymer/plastic (FRP), and includes a covering part for covering the outer surface of the sidewalls, a hand pushing part capable of defining a first chamber, and a joining part connected to the covering part and the hand pushing part. With the first member and the second member that can be respectively manufactured and assembled, the present invention is able to lower the manufacture difficulty and save the assembly cost.
