PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rat intrusion preventing device to be attached to a drain, effective for surely preventing the intrusion of rats and less liable to cause the problem of clogging with garbage, etc.SOLUTION: The rat intrusion preventing device 1 is provided with a pipe 3 to be attached to a drain pipe P and a number of wires 5 planted on the pipe 3 and extending in the downstream direction of the effluent and converging their tips toward the center of the pipe 3. The base end of the wire 5 is turnably attached to the pipe 3 in a manner forced its tip end toward the center of the pipe 3. When a large piece of garbage flows together with the effluent into the drain pipe, the garbage is temporarily caught by the wires 5, however, the wires 5 are turned outward by the force of the running effluent and the garbage is discharged together with the effluent. The opened wires 5 are immediately forced to the original positions after the removal of the garbage, and the tips of the wires are converged to the center of the pipe 3 to close the opening. Accordingly, the intrusion of a rat from the downstream side of the drain pipe becomes impossible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 ネズミの侵入を確実に防ぐとともに、ゴミ詰まりなどが起こりにくい排水口取り付け型のネズミ侵入防止具を提供する。【解決手段】 ネズミ侵入防止具1は、排水管Pに取り付けられる筒体3と、筒体3に植設された、排水の下流方向に、かつ、筒体3の中心部に向けて先が集まるように延び出す多数の針金体5と、を備える。針金体5の基端部は、筒体3に回動可能、かつ、針金体5の先端部が筒体3の中心部に向くように付勢されて取り付けられている。排水管に大きなゴミが排水と一緒に流れてくると、ゴミはいったんは針金体5に引っ掛かるが、排水の勢いによって針金体5が外方向に回動し、ゴミは排水とともに取り去られる。針金体5はゴミが取り去られた後すぐに付勢されて元の位置に戻って、先が筒体3の中心部に向けて集まり、口が閉じる。これにより、排水管の下流側からネズミの侵入が不可能になる。【選択図】 図1
