The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for an early diagnosis of breast cancer and, more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for an early diagnosis of breast cancer, in which an X-ray radiation unit radiates an X-ray to a diagnostic object while rotating intermittently or continuously in a preset angle range and an X-ray detection unit detects the X-ray while rotating intermittently or continuously in a preset angle range corresponding to the rotation of the X-ray radiation unit.
