PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a behavior identification apparatus capable of identifying behavior of a user based on bioinformation detected from a site of a body which brings about no trouble in leading the daily life.SOLUTION: A biological signal acquisition unit 2 acquires a biological signal detected by a biological electrode 1 mounted on the users forehead, and a preprocessing unit 4 generates identification object data separated from the biological signal based on the frequency.
