PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing apparatus, a radiation image photographing method, and a radiation image photographing program which can reduce a workload of a user in setting a photographing condition.SOLUTION: A derivation part 28 acquires a photographing condition corresponding to order information received by a reception part 26 on the basis of a table stored in a storage part 30 and sets the photographing condition in a radiation source control part 22. The radiation source control part 22 controls a radiation source 18 according to the set photographing condition and performs photographing of a radiation image. An acquisition part 33 acquires an actual value of the photographing condition from the radiation source control part 22. The derivation part 28 derives a virtual grid characteristic based on the actual value of the photographing condition. An execution part 32 acquires a photographed radiation image through a detector control part 24. The execution part 32 performs virtual grid processing to the acquired radiation image on the basis of the virtual grid characteristic derived by the derivation part 28 and the acquired photographing condition, and generates and displays the radiation image from which an influence of scattered radiations is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
