The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically stacking a hydrogel eye-patch, which comprises: a feeding conveyor disposed on the rear end of a cooler to feed and transfer hydrogel fabric solidified and discharged through the cooler； a cutting unit disposed at an inlet portion of the feeding conveyor to cut the hydrogel fabric transferred along the feeding conveyor into a hydrogel eye-patch of a set length； a transfer conveyor installed adjacent to the feeding conveyor at the same length and performing transfer in the same direction； a plurality of storage trays mounted on the upper part of the transfer conveyor to be transferred by the transfer conveyor； and one or more shift units (500) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the feeding conveyor and moving and storing the hydrogel eye-patch fed along the feeding conveyor in the storage trays in a lifting/dropping manner. Accordingly, after cooling for processing the hydrogel fabric during a manufacturing process of the hydrogel eye-patch, the hydrogel eye-patches are stacked by the number of sheets requested by a user through equipment, which is automated further than an existing manual stacking work, to be transferred to a next process.본 발명은 하이드로겔 아이패치 자동 적재 시스템에 관한 것으로, 냉각기의 후단에 구비되어 냉각기를 통해 고형화 배출되는 하이드로겔 원단을 공급 이송시키는 공급컨베이어와； 상기 공급컨베이어의 초입에 구비되어 공급컨베이어를 따라 이송되는 하이드로겔 원단을 설정된 길이의 하이드로겔 아이패치로 절단하는 절단유닛과； 상기 공급컨베이어에 동일한 길이로 인접 설치되며, 동일 방향으로 이송 구동되는 이송컨베이어와； 상기 이송컨베이어의 상부에 안착되어 이송컨베이어에 의해 이송되는 다수의 수납트레이와； 상기 공급컨베이어의 길이 방향을 따라 하나 이상으로 배열 설치되며, 상기 공급컨베이어를 따라 공급되는 하이드로겔 아이패치를 상기 수납트레이에 리프트/드롭 방식으로 이동 수납시키는 시프트유닛(500)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 하이드로겔 아이패치의 생산공정 중 하이드로겔 원단의 가공을 위한 냉각 후 기존에 수작업에 의한 적층 작업에 비해 자동화 설비로서 사용자의 요구에 따라 하이드로겔 매수를 적층하여 차순위 공정으로 전달하는 하이드로겔 아이패치 자동 적재 시스템에 관한 것이다.
