The verticalizer convertible armchair further comprises a back (17), connected by hinges (19) to the seat (24), at the same time on the back (17) is installed a tilt regulator (16) of the back (17), comprising an electric motor (15), connected by means of consoles (12) and hinges (13) to an arm (14) of the rest (6), installed under the seat (24). The verticalizer convertible armchair further comprises an electric motor (25) with a locating fixture (11), installed under the seat (24), on which by means of holders (9), (10) are fixed a serviette stand (8) and a hygienic vessel (23) correspondingly.
