PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing agent composition which is excellent in a sufficient warming effect and in a carbon dioxide bubbling property, has a granule strength capable of resisting to handling, and is excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: A method for producing the bubbling powder bathing agent composition comprises a process 1: for mixing an oily ingredient, a nonion surfactant, a water-soluble binder, and an organic acid to obtain an intermediate composition, a process 2: for granulating the intermediate composition obtained in the process 1 to obtain granules of a component (A), and a process 3: for mixing the component (A) with the carbonate of a component (B).
