The prosthesis (2) has a humeral prosthetic rod (3) engaged in a medullary cavity of humerus (4). A platform (6) is supported against a proximal end of the rod. The platform includes through holes at the passage of suture threads (13), where the holes are distributed on the periphery of the proximal end of the rod. An axis of one of the holes is extended perpendicular to a support plane of the platform on the proximal end of the rod. A strapping i.e. band (8) e.g. fabric band, is sewn with surgical needles and the suture threads and positioned around an unfractured zone of the humerus.Cette prothèse dépaule (2) comprend une tige humérale prothétique (3) destinée à être engagée dans le canal médullaire dun humérus (4), et une plateforme (6) destinée à prendre appui contre lextrémité proximale de la tige humérale prothétique, la plateforme (6) comprenant une pluralité de perçages traversants destinés au passage de fils de suture (13), les perçages étant destinés à être répartis sur la périphérie de lextrémité proximale de la tige humérale prothétique.
