The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing farming water suitable for farming marine creatures by using seawater and, more specifically, relates to a marine creature farming water method and marine creature farming water manufactured through the same, capable of enabling even beginners to easily farm marine creatures, making its management easy, and achieving a low cost by using seawater. According to the present invention, the method includes: a step of removing precipitates by naturally precipitating foreign substances in collected seawater； a step of filtering the seawater through a filter； a step of sterilizing the filtered seawater； and a step of increasing dissolved oxygen in the sterilized seawater.
