The present invention provides a stent capable of easily extending a cell, and a method for producing the same, wherein the stent simultaneously has ensured bending flexibility and operation convenience by easily extending a cell according to the fitting of another stent in a branch part. The stent comprises: a weaving section part formed by one wire disposed in a zigzag shape on the circumference of a weaving part in which a ridge bending part and a furrow bending part are made in a diagonal loop in top and bottom directions thereof and a crossing section part disposed in a zigzag shape on the circumference of crossing parts crossly formed with respect to each other in the weaving section part or in the top side thereof.
