The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying and draining water of a medical high-pressure steam sterilizer. The present invention prevents a secondary bacterial infection by directly supplying water from a facet to a tank through a water supply valve and preventing used water (steam) from being recycled by draining the used water (steam) to the outside after a sterilization. The present invention also improves a drying function by discharging residual steam in a chamber to the outside in a drying process. The apparatus for supplying and draining water of the medical high-pressure steam sterilizer by the present invention includes: a tank (140) which stores sterilization water which is supplied to the chamber (300) and directly receives and stores tap water from a faucet (650) through a water supply hose (610)； a water supply valve (131) which is connected to the water supply hose (610) and supplies the tap water to the tank (140)； a passive valve (S7) which passively controls facet water which is supplied from the water supply valve (131) to the tank (140)； a two-directional solenoid valve (S6) which blocks water which is supplied to the tank (140) by a sensor signal if water which is filled in the tank (140) reaches the maximum water level； a tank solenoid valve (S4)； a steam discharge solenoid valve (S2)； and a control unit.본 발명은 의료용 고압증기 멸균기의 물 공급 및 배수 장치에 관한 것으로, 급수밸브를 통해 수도꼭지에서 직접 저수조에 물을 공급하고, 멸균 후에는 사용한 물(스팀)을 외부로 배출하여 재사용하지 않도록 함으로써 2차 세균 감염을 차단하였다. 또한, 건조 공정에서도 챔버 내부의 잔류 스팀을 외부로 배출함으로써, 건조 기능을 향상시켰다. 본 발명에 의한 의료용 고압증기 멸균기의 물 공급 및 배수 장치는, 챔버(300)로 공급하는 멸균용 물을 저장하되, 급수호스(610)를 통해 수도꼭지(650)로부터 수돗물을 직접 공급받아 저장하는 저수조(140)와, 상기 급수호스(610)를 연결하여 상기 저수조(140)로 수돗물을 공급하는 급수밸브(131)와, 상기 급수밸브(131)에서 상기 저수조(140)로 공급되는 수돗물을 수동으로 제어하는 수동밸브(S7)와, 상기 저수조(140)에 채워지는 물이 최고점에 도달하면 센서 신호에 의해 상기 저수조(140)로 공급되는 물을 차단하는 2방향 솔레노이드 밸브(S6)와, 저수조 솔레노이드 밸브(S4)와, 스팀 배출 솔레노이드 밸브(S2)와, 제어부를 포함하고 있다.
