The disclosure relates to methods of treating a fungal infection in a subject by administering to the subject a salt of Compound 1, or a neutral form thereof. The methods of the disclosure can be useful in subjects suffering from treatment resistant infections, useful in subjects who have previously failed treatment with an anti-fungal therapy, and useful for suppressing the emergence of resistant strains in infected subjects.Linvention concerne des méthodes de traitement dune infection fongique chez un patient, consistant à administrer audit patient un sel dun composé 1 ou une forme neutre de celui-ci.
