The present invention relates to a device for collecting and amplifying a biological signal and, more specifically, to a device for collecting and amplifying a biological signal which checks whether a sensor is connected and makes the battery supply power to components of an amplifier if the sensor is connected, thereby efficiently utilizing limited power of the battery and avoiding unnecessary power consumption for a standby time. The device for collecting and amplifying a biological signal of the present invention includes: a sensor which is attached to a body to measure and collect the biological signal a connecting unit which is electrically connected to transmit the collected biological signal an amplifying module which is electrically connected to the connecting unit via a coupling unit and amplifies the biological signal and the battery which supplies power to the amplifying module. The amplifying module makes the battery supply power to the amplifying module when the connecting unit and the coupling unit are electrically connected to each other. According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently utilize limited battery power for an amplifier and avoid unnecessary power consumption during a standby time of the amplifier.
