PURPOSE: A dental composite resin block is provided to manufacture a large block for indirect restoration. CONSTITUTION: A dental composite resin block is able to obtain a large block for indirect restoration and a plurality of restorations by processing once. The composite resin block contains monomers and/or oligomers with unsaturated double bond, a polymerization initiator for starting polymerization, and a filler. The size of the particles for the resin composition is 0.3-3 um. The monomer containing the unsaturated double bond is a methyl methacrylate(MMA) monomers. The monomers are a mixture of 2,2-bis-(4-(2-hydroxy-3-methacyloyloxypropoxy)phenyl)propane(Bis-GMA) and triethyelne glycol dimethacrylate(TEGDMA). The polymerization initiator contains photoplymerizatioin initiator and/or thermal polymerization initiator. The filler contains an inorganic filler and/or organic filler.본 발명은 치과용 컴포지트 레진 블록으로서, 큰 사이즈의 간접 수복용 블록 제조 및 1회 가공으로 다수의 수복물 제조가 가능하고, 반지름 대비 높이의 비가 5 이하인 디스크 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 치과용 컴포지트 레진 블록을 제공한다.
