CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for growing buds comprises； a heating member(1200) equipped in the bottom and the side wall of the member, a storing part(1100) with a heat sensor(1300), a main body(1000) with a control panel(1400) showing a chosen menu from an operator and a current condition, a storing body for loess water, a storage(2000) for growing buds with a supporting unit(2120) comprising various types of seeds for growing buds and a secondary battery(200) for supplying electricity to the control panel and a charging apparatus(100) for saving energy. The secondary battery charges battery by the charging apparatus for saving energy. The charging apparatus for saving energy comprises； a charging circuit detecting the charging voltage of the secondary battery to provide controlling order, a power circuit for switching providing power to an electric circuit and a controlling circuit for controlling the power circuit for switching.
