The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing the status of fetal autonomic system and cardiac activity. The method for diagnosing the status of fetal autonomic system and cardiac activity according to the present invention comprises: a step of obtaining an original signal in which the electrocardiogram and electromyogram of a pregnant woman and a fetus are mixed from the abdomen of the pregnant woman by an electrocardiograph; a step of separating the obtained original signal into individual signals by electrocardiogram signals and electromyogram signals of the pregnant woman and the fetus and removing the electrocardiogram and electromyogram of the pregnant woman from the separated signal; a step of extracting a fetal signal by obtaining a difference between the original signal and a signal from which the electrocardiogram and electromyogram of the pregnant woman are removed; a step of obtaining and separating the fetal electrocardiogram and electromyogram signals from the extracted fetal signal; a step of calculating a fetal heart rate (FHR_0) and a fetal heart rate variability (FHRV) by measuring an R-R peak in the fetal electrocardiogram in normal times based on the obtained fetal electrocardiogram; a step of calculating a fetal heart rate (FHR_R) and a fetal heart rate variability (FHRV) by recording the electrocardiogram from the time of fetal movement detection based on the obtained fetal electromyogram signal and measuring an R-R peak in the electrocardiogram after detection of fetal movement; and a step of diagnosing the fetal autonomic nervous system response and cardiac activity through analysis of the fetal heart rate (FHR_0) in normal times, the fetal heart rate (FHR_R) after detection of fetal movement, the fetal heart rate variability (FHRV) in normal times, and the fetal heart rate variability (FHRV) after detection of fetal movement.
