PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation capable of releasing bacteria such as bifidus bacillus and lactic bacterium at proper sites of from the small intestine to the large intestine.SOLUTION: There is provided a large intestinal delivery preparation of seamless capsules obtained by filling a hard capsule with the seamless capsules including bifidus bacillus sealed therein as an active ingredient, and obtained by applying chitosan membranes on the surfaces, and a component exhibiting activity in the small intestine. Preferably, the component exhibiting the activity in the small intestine is lactic bacterium, and the surface of the hard capsule of the preparation is coated with an acid-resistant film.
