The present invention relates to a fruit pouch and a method for manufacturing the same wherein the fruit pouch has a simple structure, has economic efficiency, can easily provide a space where fruit grows, has light weight, does not fall down with the fruit, prevents unripe fruit and ripe fruit from being damaged, has a closed inlet of the pouch to prevent rainwater or impurities from penetrating the same, can be collected in an easy manner, is eco-friendly, and can be prevented from having wrinkles and being deformed. The fruit pouch has the inlet for allowing unripe fruit to be inserted therein which is formed on a pouch main body comprising a front side, a rear side, and a lateral side. The fruit pouch includes: a cover which protrudes toward the front side and covers the inlet a multi-folding unit formed by folding the lateral side at least once and an opening unit which is formed in the shape of a strip, is attached to an end portion of the pouch main body, and consists of a flat portion, attached to the front side and the rear side, and a grip portion attached to the lateral side. The cover includes a stalk insertion unit having an incised portion formed by incising the cover.
