The present invention relates to a dental implant comprising: a fixture which has a shaft hole therein and is implanted in a jawbone； an abutment which has an upper mounting part to which a prosthesis is mounted and a lower connection shaft part inserted into the shaft hole of the fixture so as to be elastically connected with the fixture； and a shock-absorbing part disposed on the abutment for effectively absorbing an external lateral pressure or shock by an occlusal force in various directions； and an elastic connection part disposed below the shock-absorbing part to be elastically connected with the fixture. When the shock-absorbing part and the elastic connection part are separated from each other, the dental implant can keep its durability semi-permanently so as to extend the lifespan of the implant regardless of the occlusal force in various directions, which is repeated numerous times, and allows a doctor to easily conduct implant operation.본 발명은 인공치아에 관련된 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 내부에 축공을 형성하고 턱뼈에 식립되는 고정체 (fixture)와 상부 장착부에 보철물이 장착되고 하부 체결축부가 고정체의 축공에 삽입되어 고정체와 탄성 결합되는 지대주 방식의 인공치아가 측방향의 외압이나 다양한 방향의 교합력에 의한 충격을 보다 더 효과적으로 완충시킬 수 있는 충격 완충기능을 하는 충격 완충부를 지대주(abutment)에 구비하고, 그 하부에 고정체와 탄성 결합하는 탄성 체결부를 구비하며, 충격 완충부와 탄성 체결부를 분리시킴으로써 수없이 반복되는 다양한 방향으로의 교합력에 관계없이 탄성 체결 부위의 내구성이 반영구적으로 유지되어 임플란트의 사용 수명을 크게 연장시키고, 임플란트 시술을 쉽게 할 수 있는 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것이다.
