PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument connector that is easily connected to a drug container and is able to prevent germs in the air from being suctioned into the drug container and insoluble components caused by a drug in the drug container from being administered even if connected to a drug container whose inside is decompressed.SOLUTION: The medical instrument connector 1 includes an adaptor 2 and a housing member 8 for storing the adaptor. The adaptor includes a member 31 for mounting the drug container, a hollow needle 33 for penetrating a seal 87 of the drug container 80, a connection 43 for a syringe, and a filter 12 with liquid permeability.
