PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of fault diagnosis.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device includes a liquid pump having a motor, a flow channel for circulating liquid from the liquid pump to a liquid injection unit, a rotational speed sensor for detecting a rotational speed N of the motor, a flow rate sensor for detecting a flow rate Q of the liquid in the flow channel, and a control unit for outputting a rotational speed indication value T to the motor.
