The present invention provides an adhesive preparation comprising (3aR,4S,7R,7aS)-2-{(1R,2R)-2-[4-(1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl)piperazin-1-ylmethyl]cyclohexylmethyl}hexahydro-4,7-methano-2H-isoindole-1,3-dione (hereinafter to be referred to as "compound 1"), which suppresses metabolites production and is superior in skin permeability. The adhesive preparation of the present invention containing a support and an adhesive layer formed on one surface of the support, wherein the adhesive layer comprises (i) compound 1 or a physiologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, (ii) an adhesive, and (iii) an additive comprising a particular skin permeation enhancer, can remarkably enhance the skin permeability of compound 1.La présente invention porte sur une préparation d'adhésif qui comporte de la (3αR,4S,7R,7αS)-2-{(1R,2R)-2-[4-(1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl)pipérazin-1-ylméthyl]cyclohexylméthyl}hexahydro-4,7-méthano-2H-isoindole-1,3-dione (ci-après dénommée « composé 1 »), qui supprime la production de métabolites et qui est supérieure en termes de perméabilité dans la peau.
