The present invention relates to a royal jelly beverage composition having improved aquatic dispersibility properties and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a royal jelly beverage composition which contains royal jelly powder processed and obtained with specific protease, selected from the group consisting of serine-specific protease and proline-specific endogenous and exogenous protease, and non-starch polysaccharide glycolytic enzymes, to significantly improve aquatic dispersibility, inhibits the degradation of 10-HDA which is a useful physiologically-active ingredient in royal jelly, and degrades effectively allergenic materials.본 발명은 수중 분산성이 개선된 로얄 젤리 음료 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 특정의 단백질 분해효소 및 비전분 다당류 분해효소로 함께 처리하여 얻어진 로얄 젤리 분말을 함유함으로써 수중 분산성이 현저히 개선되고, 나아가 로얄 젤리의 유용한 생리활성 성분인 10-HDA의 분해는 억제되고, 알레르기 유발 물질은 효과적으로 분해된, 로얄 젤리 음료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
