The invention relates to medicine. The technical result consists in increasing the accuracy of measuring intraocular pressure through the eyelid by creating a device in which the static pressure of a rod (1) on the eye is strictly standardized and guaranteed to be stable during the measuring process, wherein a high degree of rigidity in the movement of the rod (1) relative to the geometrical axis of a housing (3) is provided for structurally, thus preventing the rod (1) from touching the housing (3) of the device in the event of the doctors hand shaking. The device for measuring intraocular pressure through the eyelid comprises the housing (3) and an element for deforming the eyeball through the eyelid, said element being in the form of a rod (1) which is connected to the housing (3) with the aid of a first diaphragm-type spring (2), the rod (1) is rigidly connected to the housing (3) by means of a second diaphragm-type spring (2), the housing (3) is arranged so as to be freely movable in an external housing (4), which is equipped with a sensor (5) of the position of the housing (3), a permanent magnet (6) is mounted on the rod (1), and an electromagnetic coil (7) interacting with said permanent magnet is arranged on the housing (3).Linvention concerne la médecine.
