PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a field work system capable of estimating an accurate ridge area corresponding to an actual ridge. SOLUTION: The field work system is such that the field work machine performs straight running so as to approach a ridge around the field, and then repeats straight running and then turns to perform straight running again. The work by the working device of the machine is performed on the field. The field work system includes a position acquisition unit, a storage unit, and an estimation unit. The position acquisition unit acquires the position of the field work machine. The storage unit stores the position of the field work machine acquired by the position acquisition unit in association with the behavior of the field work machine performing straight traveling and turning travel in the field. The estimating unit estimates a ridge area corresponding to the ridge based on the positions of the field working machines at two or more points close to the ridge, which are stored in the storage unit.
