CHEMICAL LIQUID CLEANING TYPE DEODORIZATION APPARATUS HAVING AUTOMATIC CONTROL FUNCTION OF SUPPLY AMOUNT OF CHEMICAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONCENTRATION OF INTRODUCED ODOR GAS AND PH MEASUREMENT VALUE OF CLEANING LIQUID
The present invention relates to a chemical liquid cleaning type deodorization apparatus having an automatic control function of a supply amount of a chemical in accordance with the concentration of introduced odor gas and a pH measurement value of a cleaning liquid. According to the chemical liquid cleaning type deodorization apparatus, a gas concentration sensor for detecting the concentration (ppm) of odor gas introduced to an inlet of a gas distribution chamber in real time to transfer the same to a control unit, is further installed. The control unit calculates a reference pH value of each cleaning solution required to remove odor gas detected through the gas concentration sensor and currently introduced to the gas distribution chamber, compared to an actual concentration thereof, and then compares the same with a pH value of a cleaning liquid in each current reservoir detected through first and second pH sensors to obtain the difference thereof. Also, a supplement amount of a chemical of an acid or alkali component with respect to a pre-input difference value in a table form in the control unit is automatically calculated, and a driving amount of an acid and alkali chemical liquid injection pump is automatically controlled based thereon, wherein the first and second pH sensors installed in first and second reservoirs are separately installed on acid and alkali chemical liquid transfer pipes of rear sides of first and second circulation pumps. Therefore, excessive supply of the chemical can be fundamentally prevented, thereby significantly preventing unnecessary addition of the chemical. Also, maintenance costs for the chemical liquid cleaning type deodorization apparatus can be significantly reduced by performing efficient operation through the supply of the chemical.
